  Delivery Service

Due to the limit of the resource, we can provide three method of transportation:

• 1. Commercial Carrier (Place to place): Speedpost, DHL, Fedex….

• 2. Airmail: Train, ship…

• 3. Pickup from stock

The buyer must pay for all transport fee. You can choose any of the above method, we can also provide your requested method. We try our best to fill your satisfactions.

由於批發網人力資源的限制,目前無法實施人工配送,只能依靠第三方運輸:

1、快遞方式(送貨上門): 特快專遞EMS、順豐快遞、聯通快遞、韻達快遞、申通快遞、龍邦快遞 等

2、物流貨運: 華宇物流、祥樂貨運、宅急送、佳吉貨運、中鐵快運、盛輝貨運、城市之星 等等

3、上門提貨

以上運輸中所產生的運輸費用一律由購貨方承擔。你可以自由選擇,亦可向我們提供你想要的運輸方式,我們將盡最大的努力,達到您的要求。


After Sales Service

Exchange Goods (We DO NOT provide REFUND):

If the goods have any quality problem, buyer must contact us within 24 hours and send it with its original packing within 5 days, we will not handle the case for any late report.

Method:

Please send us back all the goods included all accessories with the original packing.

If buyer want to exchange goods (same type only), please advise us the new return address, otherwise, we will send it to the existed one.

After the return process, please send us the e-mail via info@avancons.com or contact us by phone for acknowledgment.

We exchange the goods in our soonest time.

We have the right to refuse the exchange in the following case:

Exchange enquiry: Buyer order the wrong product

Over the exchange period: Within 3 days (base on the sign up after delivery)

The accessories and original packaging is/are missed or damaged

Buyer cannot provide the complete receipt.

Buyer’s mistake (duplicate order)

Buyer require to exchange to different type of product.

Remark: We DO NOT handle the complaint for the following cases:

Unpredictable weather, transportation problem affect the delivery time.

Post service delay

Shortage of the product after our discussion with the buyer.

We have the final right for the explanation for the above information.


售後服務

換貨說明(本網不接受退貨):

質量問題包換,在收到商品24小時內聯繫確認,並在5天內將商品按原包裝寄回,逾期將不受理。

質量問題賣家負責單程郵費(恕不含包裝費用)。

換貨方法:

請按照儀器批發網的原來包裝,全部的商品和附屬物品。

如果是換貨(只限同型號),請提供換貨位址,默認方式是,收貨人的位址

以上準備完畢後,請發郵件確認 info@avancons.com或聯繫我網客服部。

儀器批發網會在儘快的時間給您換貨。

儀器批發網有權拒絕以下情況下的客戶換貨要求:

(1) 換貨要求:產品送達後,發現自己選錯型號,要求換貨的。

(2) 超過換貨期限的換貨要求。3天之內(以客戶簽收日期為准)。

(3) 退換貨物包裝或配件不全或者受損。

(4) 客戶發貨單丟失或者不全。

(5) 由於客戶自身原因(比如說訂購前未看清內容簡介、重複訂單等)產生的退貨。

(6) 客戶要求將貨物更換成其他商品。

注: 如果出現以下不可抗拒的因素不作為投訴處理:

1.不可預測的天氣,運送,交通等造成的商品送達時間延長

2.郵政服務的拖延

3.商品短缺,和客人協商後處理的。
